Monte is a native of the Inland Northwest and appreciates he gets to call this beautiful area home. With over 25 years of experience in the construction fields, and numerous certifications in Mold, Radon, and Fire and Water restoration, diagnosing issues in the basement and crawl space were a natural fit.

Monte loves the science and increased understanding of how these two important spaces truly affect a home and then sharing that understanding with homeowners. Everyday we see how new technology improves our lives, why then, would we follow the antiquated technology traditionally used in waterproofing basements and crawl spaces when better, improved processes exist?
