Musty smell in small cabin with earth floor crawl space

My existing concrete foundation has a pinhole leak at the bottom of a previously repaired foundation crack. We have water intermittently leaking into the basement. Both interior and exterior sides of the found patio have been exposed. Please provide a quote and schedule to complete this repair with a suitable sealing system.

We are concerned about mold in our crawl space.

I have a radon monitor running and the levels are over 20. New home with a crawl space, no basement. Contractor installed a vapor barrier without taping the seams or securing it to the foundation walls.

I am trying to get an idea of what I can expect to pay for a foundation replacement/repair. The house is a 100+ year old craftsman with a root cellar and has a footprint of about 30’X30’. The chimney is in the center of the house and is supported by beams in the root cellar. There are about two dozen support beams throughout the root cellar. The root cellar is accessible through a trapdoor in the kitchen floor and a staircase. The front porch wraps around the north east corner of the house, but I do not believe it is on a foundation. The east side of the house appears to be level, but the west half of the house droops down few degrees (<5°). As it was explained to me by the previous owners the droop in the floor was caused by flooding in the root cellar after one of the pipes ruptured.
