What made you choose our company:

I was amazed. My job was a warranty service on a complete crawl space encapsulation that was done in 2014. Apparently the original work was not done properly and groundwater caused a partial failure. The team leader, Mason, inspected the prob and determined that the system needed to be completely redone. Mason was without a doubt the very best service technician I have ever encountered. He and his crew were extremely pleasant and helpful. He apologized repeatedly for the fact that job was not done correctly 7 years ago and had to be redone. The job took 4 days and was done in terrible muddy working conditions. It would have been easy to just have done a patch job and let it go at that. Mason and Premier Basement Systems made this right and way beyond what many outfits would have done wonder warranty. These are great people and really stand behind their work and product. Thank you for your unusual and prompt response. They are really PREMIER.
