SmartJack

If you have sagging floors, sinking girders and settling piers, this can result in unlevel floors, sticking or inoperable doors and windows as well as cracked drywall.

A few causes for these issues could be from floor framing being spanned too far causing sagging, floor framing being weakened by rot causing sagging, piers with improper footing that have sunk, or weight that was added to a floor system that was not designed to handle the load. 

The SmartJack would be installed by first excavating a small area for each SmartJack and a structural stone footing is compacted into place. Then the steel SmartJack is cut to size and installed under the sagging floor. The adjustable screw can stabilize and support your floor, and can be easily adjusted again in the future.
