Hello - I have a home with a crawlspace that appears to be cursed by underground water seepage. I have one sump-pump that discharges to the exterior but the underground water creates a muddy mess in the crawlspace, in addition to the potential for mold and heating system damages. I'm looking for a sump pump-type solution, as sealing the crawlspace would likely prove ineffective & cost-prohibitive. After the recent rain, one of our finished basement rooms has been showing signs of foundation water seepage. The west wall has been seeping water through the trim and under the vinyl flooring.
