Cracks in foundation

Customer has a large foundation crack that he would like us to give him advise on. He just bought the house 2 months ago. There is water coming in through the crack. He pulled off the sheetrock and can see the exposed foundation crack.

 

 

Our solution is to Poly Foam low pressure fill all wall cracks from bottom to top prior to spray foam insulation 2) Apply 3" Closed cell spray

foam to walls from bottom of upstairs floor to concrete floor after framing and electrical is done. With this solution the homeowner will have years of protection from water intrusion. 

Burst pipe in Spokane Washington

Ryan B. called our office because he had a flood from a burst pipe in his basement. Had had a plumber take care of that issue and now there is still a water issues and moisture. We were able to get him an appointment for the next week and have our Technician go out to evaluate the basement and give Ryan a proposal for the work to be done.

 

Logan recommended to Install WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system which included a TripleSafe pump system. He also recommended to Spray 3" of closed cell foam to exterior walls and rim joists. Filling the gaps in the mortar and therefore restructuring the foundation wall.

 

Ryan will have no more water issues and will be able to feel confident there will be no further water issues.
