The customers reached out to us concerned about water in her crawl space. She was worried about potential mold issues. Since purchasing this home she has had several different types of issues and was very frustrated but thankful that we could help her fix the problem!

Solution

Our Technician was set up to go out to review the property and give her a great solution! Our solution, regrade drainage to direct water seepage to sump system. Install a TripleSafe sump pump system. Install CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. We will also install a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the humidity low. The customer was very happy with the results.
