Kendyl was excellent. I reached out via your website on Sunday, got a call from a very friendly and professional Kendyl on Monday (with a very nice follow-up confirmation e-mail), and Brandon was at my doorstep Wednesday morning.
Sales Process
Brandon was professional, courteous, and above all honest. He explained why I was getting (had gotten) water into my crawl space and the best solution. Instead of trying to sell me service, he explained how I could easily do the repair myself.
